You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• —Upload or submit any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information belonging to your employer, clients, or any third party.
• —Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• —Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• —Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• —Use automated means to access or scrape the Service.
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service. We are not responsible for any content you choose to enter and expressly disclaim liability for any harm arising from your submission of inappropriate, confidential, or unlawful content.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching feedback, story analysis, roleplay simulation, and other features. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• —Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI services including but not limited to Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).
• —AI-generated coaching, scores, and feedback are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• —AI outputs do not constitute professional sales advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice.
• —AI systems can make errors and outputs should be evaluated critically.
• —We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation.
• —You must not submit any personally identifiable information, confidential business information, or sensitive data about third parties to any AI-powered feature of the Service.

Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with limited usage as described on the pricing page. Free tier features and limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans are available with expanded features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• —Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.
• —Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• —Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.

The Demo Atelier IP

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, the Narrative Spine framework, scoring rubrics, coaching methodologies, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by The Demo Atelier and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED COACHING WILL IMPROVE YOUR SALES PERFORMANCE OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEMO ATELIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Demo Atelier from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of content that violates the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the Last updated date at the top of this page.
